The Office of the Assessor for Rockford Township defines a Freedom of Information Request as a request for a document or information maintained by this office. Requests can be asked for either verbally or in writing, via phone, fax, email, or in person. Email is preferred by contacting [email protected].

Pages 1 – 50 FREE of charge
Pages 51 + $0.15 per page
Response Time
Typically requests can be fulfilled within the same visit (in person, at the office) or on the same business day (via email or phone request).
Some requests will take longer. In such cases, you will receive your requested information within the timeframe allowed by FOIA.
Please note that some property information is not generated at our office. When this occurs, we will be more than happy to assist by directing you to the issuing body.
