2025 Tax Bills

Tax Bills will be mailed the week of May 4, 2026. In the meantime, tax bills for 2025 (paid in 2026) can be viewed by entering your property information in this link: https://taxes.wincoil.gov/. Enter your property information, click on your property and select the 2025 tax year.
 
Online payments can now be accepted by clicking on the yellow “Click here to make a payment” button.
Please note that:

• You can pay with e-Check (ACH). Payments are FREE
• You can pay with Debit & Credit Card. These payments are 2.25% of the amount charged. No portion of these fees are retained by Winnebago County, the fees are paid directly to our Payment Servicer, AutoAgent/Municipay.
• You can pay at many local banks with cash or checks. Please have your bill with you:

Associated Bank (customers only), CBI Bank & Trust, First-Mid, Generations Credit Union (customers only), Harvard State Bank, Holcomb Bank, Members Alliance Credit Union, Midland States Bank, Northwest Bank, Rockford Community Bank, Solutions Bank, Stillman Bank, The First National bank in Amboy, Union Savings Bank, and UMB. 

First installments are due on Friday, June 12, 2026.
Second installments are due on Friday, September 11, 2026.
